Brian Postalian’s Departure

Dear O.Dela Arts Community,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of our Managing Producer, Brian Postalian. Brian joined O.Dela Arts in September of 2021 as the General Manager, and under his leadership, our organization experienced incredible growth and success in the world of dance. Brian played a key role in exploring various opportunities for O.Dela Arts, including our participation in festivals such as the recent Matriarchs Uprising at the Scotia Dance Center earlier this month.

I personally will miss Brian’s meticulous analysis of the company’s position, upcoming events, and future plans. His sharp business acumen and professionalism have been invaluable to O.Dela Arts, contributing to our rapid expansion.

While we are sad to see Brian leave O.Dela Arts, we are confident that he will excel in his next endeavors. Brian is a true professional, and his presence will be greatly missed by all of us.

From Brian Postalian, Outgoing Managing Producer, O.Dela Arts

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this community over the past three years. I have truly cherished my time working alongside such a talented and dedicated community. Together, we have achieved significant milestones for O.Dela Arts and Matriarchs Uprising. I’m particularly grateful for the collaborative spirit that has allowed us to continue to uplift the creation of new artwork by female Indigenous voices across the country. As I embark on a new chapter, I carry with me fond memories and invaluable experiences. I have no doubt that O.Dela Arts will continue to thrive and inspire. I look forward to staying connected and seeing many friends and colleagues at future festivals as a witness in the audience.”
